This notice describes how we handle information submitted through northamericanai.org.

Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected area of interest, message, consent, and your organization if you provide one. We store the inquiry with a submission time and reference so that it can be reviewed and followed up.

Please do not include government identification numbers, payment details, confidential research, health information, or other sensitive personal information in your message.

How the information is used

We use contact information to review your inquiry, understand your interests, and communicate with you about it. Submitting the form does not enroll you in membership, register you for an event, issue a certification, or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Hosting and service providers

The website and inquiry service use Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiry data is stored using Cloudflare services for association follow-up. A notification containing your inquiry is also sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the designated private association inbox, where it is processed by the email provider, Google Gmail. That inbox address is not published on this website. Cloudflare may process technical connection information as part of delivering and securing the service. Service infrastructure may operate in more than one country.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising analytics or marketing tracking cookies. Cloudflare may collect aggregate website performance and usage measurements. Hosting and security services may process technical information necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

Typography may load from Google Fonts. When those fonts are requested, your browser connects to Google's font service, which may receive technical connection information. Your inquiry form content is not sent to that service.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information for reviewing and following up on the request and related administration. You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by using our contact form. Include your original inquiry reference if available. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before providing or changing personal information.
